1. General Overview & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kkfd platform and all its services. By browsing the website, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

kkfd is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various other entertainment gaming experiences for players in Bangladesh. We are committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment.

2. Account Registration & Personal Information

Creating a personal account is required to enjoy all services on the kkfd platform. The following rules must be followed when registering an account:

• Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration — name, phone number, email, and payment details — must be completely truthful and accurate.
• Keeping your account login details (password and username) confidential is your sole responsibility.
• You are personally responsible for any activity carried out using your account.

2.1 Verification Process

kkfd may request account verification at any time to protect secure transactions and platform integrity. Government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method may be required. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification & Eligibility

The kkfd platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

Additionally, to be eligible to participate on kkfd, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and must not hold any profession or legal status that requires you to refrain from online gaming.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

kkfd handles financial transactions through the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. Our supported payment methods are as follows:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• Deposited funds must come only from the account holder's own payment method. Third-party funds are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for each method.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 may be held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

kkfd offers bonuses and promotional offers for its players. Each bonus has its own terms that must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — on the bonus only, not the deposit. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• You may withdraw by cancelling the bonus, but any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited in that case.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or devices will result in account closure.
• kkfd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

kkfd's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Your tier is determined by your gaming activity, and the more active you are, the greater the chance of moving up to a higher tier.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

kkfd is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in every game. The outcome of all games on the platform is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and free from any external influence.

• The rules and payout structure of all games are clearly stated in the game's instructions.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wager amount for that round will be refunded.
• In sports betting, payments are determined based on officially announced results.
• No kkfd employee or system interferes with game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkfd and, if proven, will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, automation tools, or any other artificial means.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Conducting cyber attacks on kkfd's platform or infrastructure.
• Demeaning or threatening other players.
• Systematically exploiting the bonus system ("bonus hunting").

8. Account Suspension & Closure

kkfd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification within the specified time.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

An attempt will be made to notify you by email before an account is closed. If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, the valid balance will be returned.

9. Responsible Gaming

kkfd believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be a source of income. We are mindful of our players' mental health and financial wellbeing.

• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to your account, if you did not take appropriate security measures.
• Service disruption due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

In any situation, kkfd's maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited in connection with that specific incident.

12. Changes to Terms

kkfd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.

If you continue using the platform after changes are made, you will be deemed to have automatically accepted the revised Terms. It is therefore recommended that you review this page regularly.
